X-ray fluorescence analysis for beginners.

The FISCHERSCOPE® X-RAY XUL® instruments are compact, universally applicable energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence measuring devices for non-destructive coating thickness measurement and material analysis. The built-in proportional counter tube detector enables short measuring times and is particularly suitable for large measuring distances and complex geometries, even with small measuring spots. This and many other functionalities make the devices irreplaceable helpers in quality assurance, incoming inspection and production monitoring in electroplating.
