As a robust entry-level instrument, the FISCHERSCOPE® X-RAY XULM®-PCB is equipped with a proportional counter tube detector, which allows short measuring times due to its large detector area. The device is specially designed for measuring and analyzing layer thickness and layer composition on PCBs and is ideal for simple measurements and spot checks with the smallest measuring spot.
