Research & Development
We develop the technologies of tomorrow.
With over 120 employees across our Sindelfingen and Berlin locations, our R&D department focuses on hardware and software development, design, and the creation of components, algorithms, and prototypes. It is also responsible for the validation and verification of our measuring devices and systems. Our in-house DAkkS calibration laboratory in Sindelfingen, integrated into the department, ensures compliance with calibration standards and certifications.
Operations
Precision starts with us.
Everything is produced here, from fully automated high-end systems and our popular XRF benchtop devices to the highly sensitive probes for our tactile handheld devices. Over 150 employees in Sindelfingen help to ensure a smooth running operation of the highest quality in such areas as order processing, production planning, manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics.
Sales & Service

We provide our customers with the right solution for any challenge. We advise, support, and accompany them to sustainably enhance their quality inspection processes and achieve lasting, tangible success. In this way, we build strong, trusted partnerships. Our field and internal sales teams, our customer service, marketing, and application laboratory all contribute to this effort.
Finance, Controlling & Legal
The foundation for sustainable growth.
Our central corporate processes are brought together within the Finance, Controlling, and Legal departments. Financial accounting ensures accurate and reliable figures, while Controlling drives strategic development through key performance indicators. The Legal team defines the legal framework and safeguards corporate decisions.
IT
For security, reliability, and a top-tier network infrastructure.
Although our IT department may not be as visible to the outside world, its contribution to our company's success is indispensable. Without IT, very little would function smoothly within our organization worldwide. In addition to our hardware and software expertise, we also have an in-house SAP team based in Germany that actively supports our specialist departments in expanding our SAP infrastructure across the company.
Quality Management

Most of our customers come from the quality assurance sector. As we place the highest value on quality ourselves, this area is a matter of course for us. We ensure the inspection of incoming goods and take care of supplier development and auditing.
