How does the application process work?

Our interview process typically consists of at least two stages. The first interview is held online via Microsoft Teams. If both sides wish to proceed, we’ll invite you to our office for a second interview. This allows us to get to know each other better in person and gives you the chance to gain a first-hand impression of our workplace and culture.
