Perfect surface quality assurance with measuring and analysis equipment from the world market leader

Sindelfingen, 04/06/2023. At Control 2023, Helmut Fischer, as a full-range supplier in the field of surface testing, will present numerous measuring solutions for coating thickness measurement, material analysis, microhardness and material testing. From simple portable handheld devices to compact benchtop instruments and automation solutions, interested parties and users will find the right measuring device for their application and budget.

Among others, the further developed and powerful XRF measuring instrument FISCHERSCOPEยฎ X-RAY XDVยฎ-ยต LD from the high-end X-ray fluorescence series will be presented, which was developed for precise coating thickness measurement and material analysis on tiny structures. For maximum flexibility in coating thickness measurement, the tactile all-rounders of the new DMP series are ready for testing. The compact handheld devices with versatile functionalities are equipped with a robust and modern design, digital probes and a new intuitive software.

Furthermore, various handheld devices for diverse applications in coating thickness measurement and material testing will be presented, for example the MP0 and MP0R series, FMP100 or MMS Inspection. In the field of nanoindentation, Fischer will show the HM2000 S. The easily scalable entry-level model is ideally suited for measuring the hardness and elasticity of surfaces. With the FISCHERSCOPEยฎ X-RAY 4100 SDD and the FISCHERSCOPEยฎ MMSยฎ PC2 test stand, Fischer will provide an insight into its automation solutions.

In addition, two revolutionary new products will be presented for the first time: An inline analysis by X-Ray for measuring electroplating baths and an instrument for measuring organic single or multiple layers on a wide variety of base materials. Visitors can get advice from Fischer experts on their measurement tasks in Hall 7, Booth 7501. Appointments are welcome.
