Perfect quality assurance of surfaces with the measuring and analysis devices from the world market leader.

At Control 2023, Fischer, as a full-range supplier in the field of surface inspection, will present numerous measuring solutions for coating thickness measurement, material analysis, microhardnessand material testing. From simple portable handheld devices to compact benchtop instruments and automation solutions, interested parties and users will find the right measuring device for their application and budget.

Among the products on display will be the enhanced and powerful XRF measuring device FISCHERSCOPE® X-RAY XDV®-µ LD from the high-end X-ray fluorescence series, which was developed for precise coating thickness measurement and material analysis on tiny structures. For maximum flexibility in coating thickness measurement, the tactile all-rounders of the new DMP series are ready for testing. The compact handheld instruments with versatile functionalities feature a robust and modern design, digital probes, and new intuitive software.

Furthermore, various handheld instruments for various applications in coating thickness measurement and materials testing will be presented, for example the MP0 and MP0R series, FMP100 or MMS Inspection. In the nanoindentation sector, Fischer will showcase the HM2000 S. This easily scalable entry-level model is ideal for measuring the hardness and elasticity of surfaces. With the FISCHERSCOPE® X-RAY 4100 SDD and the FISCHERSCOPE® MMS® PC2 test stand, Fischer will provide an insight into its automation solutions.

In addition, two revolutionary new products will be presented for the first time: An inline analysis by X-Ray for measuring electroplating baths and an instrument for measuring organic single or multiple layers on a wide variety of base materials.
