Step by step to your new job.
Let’s take the journey together and find out if we are a perfect match – step by step. We give every application our full attention. To make things transparent, we would like to show you what our typical application process looks like and what you can expect along the way.
1. Reviewing your application
You have sent your application? Great! Now it's our turn. Once we have received your documents successfully, you will get an automatic confirmation email. If anything is missing, we will contact you directly.
2. Feedback on your application
We will get back to you as soon as possible – either by phone or email – to let you know where things stand.
3. First interview
You have been invited to a first interview? Fantastic – you have caught our attention! In this initial online meeting, we will get to know each other better. You will have the chance to show us who you are and make a lasting impression. Of course, we will also tell you more about the position and what makes us who we are as an employer.
4. Second interview
The first conversation went well? Then it’s time to meet in person! For the second interview, we will invite you to our headquarters where you can get a real feel for what being part of the Fischer team means. We are curious to learn: What makes you a great addition to our team – both professionally and personally? For some roles, we may ask for a work sample. You will also have the unique opportunity to meet your potential team in person! A short company tour will round off your visit and give you a glimpse behind the scenes.

5. External assessment
Depending on the position, you may take part in an external assessment to help us ensure the role is a perfect fit for your skills and strengths.
6. Your start with us
If everything feels right on both sides, you will receive a contract offer from us. Then nothing stands in the way of your start at Fischer – and we can’t wait to welcome you to the team!
