The X-RAY 5000 series is specifically designed for the requirements in the solar industry and measures in the air or in vacuum, at room temperatures or at very hot surfaces. For a high energy resolution, these instruments are equipped with a silicon PIN detector.


As a compact measuring head, the X-RAY 5000 is designed for integration into production systems and is very flexible in its application.
